GPS & Geofencing Issues

We use GPS to ensure staff are physically at the workplace when clocking in.

Common Errors

"You are not at the location"

  • Check your connection: Turn off Wi-Fi (sometimes public Wi-Fi details map incorrectly) and use data, or vice-versa.
  • Open Maps: Open Google Maps to see where your phone thinks you are.
  • Retry: Wait 10 seconds and try again.

"Location Services Disabled"

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > StaffrWorks > Select "While Using the App".
  • Android: Settings > Apps > StaffrWorks > Permissions > Location > "Allow only while using the app".
