Schedule Views

Navigate to Schedule. You can toggle views using the buttons in the top right.

Week View (Default)

The standard grid. Best for building the weekly roster.

• Columns: Days of the week.
• Rows: Employees grouped by Role.
• Stats: Top bar shows daily labor hours and estimated cost.

Day View

A timeline view for a single day.

• Best for: Managing breaks and coverage gaps during a shift.
• Visuals: See exactly when overlaps occur.

Month View

High-level overview of coverage.

• Best for: Checking time-off requests and spotting long-term staffing holes.
