Labor Cost Budgeting

Keep your labor spend under control while you schedule.

The Budget Bar

At the top of the Schedule view, you see a summary bar:

• Hours: Total scheduled hours vs. Target.
• Wage Cost: Estimated cost based on assigned employee hourly rates.
• % of Sales: If you integrated POS sales data, this shows labor % (e.g., 18%).

Setting Targets

1. Click the Gear Icon inside the Budget Bar.
2. Set your "Daily Budget" or "Weekly Target Hours".
3. As you add shifts, the bar turns Red if you exceed these limits.
