Certified Scheduling

Prevent compliance risks by ensuring only trained staff are scheduled.

How it Works

If you try to assign a "Lifeguard" shift to an employee who hasn't completed the "CPR Certification" in the Academy:

1. Warning: The schedule builder will flag the cell in RED.
2. Block: You cannot publish the schedule until this is resolved (if Strict Mode is enabled).

Usage

1. Assign Skills to Roles in Settings > Skills.
2. Assign Certifications to Employees in Profiles.
