Let StaffrWorks generate your schedule based on availability and labor cost goals.

Prerequisites

1. Availability: Staff must have submitted availability in their profiles.
2. Roles: Employees must be tagged with the correct Roles (e.g., "Chef").
3. Requirements: You must define how many people you need (e.g., "Monday 9am-5pm: 2 Servers").

Running the Auto-Scheduler

1. Click Auto-Schedule (Magic Wand icon).
2. Select Focus:
   • Balanced: Equal spread of hours.
   • Cost: Prioritize lower-wage staff.
   • Performance: Prioritize staff with high merit scores.
3. Click Generate.
4. Review the draft. Adjust dragging/dropping as needed before publishing.
