Purpose
The drag-and-drop interface for creating weekly rosters.
Key Elements
- Grid: The main calendar view.
- Budget Bar: Top row showing total hours vs target.
- Unassigned Row: Holds "Open Shifts" waiting to be claimed.
- Publish Button: The most important button! Shifts are invisible until clicked.
