Creating and Assigning Task Lists

Task Lists
Ensure work gets done by assigning checklists to shifts.
Creating a List
- Navigate to Operations > Tasks.
- Click + New List.
- Name it (e.g., "Opening Cleaning Duties").
- Add items (e.g., "Unlock front door", "Count cash drawer").
Assigning
- By Role: Assign to "All Servers" (everyone clocked in as Server sees it).
- By Shift: Attach it to a specific shift on the Schedule.
Completion
Employees check off items in the mobile app. You see real-time progress on your dashboard.
