Creating and Assigning Task Lists

Task Lists

Ensure work gets done by assigning checklists to shifts.

Creating a List

  1. Navigate to Operations > Tasks.
  2. Click + New List.
  3. Name it (e.g., "Opening Cleaning Duties").
  4. Add items (e.g., "Unlock front door", "Count cash drawer").

Assigning

  • By Role: Assign to "All Servers" (everyone clocked in as Server sees it).
  • By Shift: Attach it to a specific shift on the Schedule.

Completion

Employees check off items in the mobile app. You see real-time progress on your dashboard.
