Setting up Digital Onboarding Packets

Streamline new hire paperwork with automated packets.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Onboarding.
  2. Create Packet: Name it (e.g., "Full-Time Server").
  3. Add Components:
    • Profile: Basic info (Name, Address, SSN).
    • Documents: I-9, W-4, Employee Handbook.
    • Training: Link to mandatory "Safety Video".
  4. Auto-Assign: Set rule to assign this packet automatically when a new user is created with the "Server" role.
