Resolving "Payment Failed" Notifications

Error: Payment Failed

MessageCode: billing/charge-declined

Urgent Action Required

Your subscription payment was declined by Stripe. Features may be locked if not resolved within 24 hours.

Steps to Fix

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Check with your bank: Ensure "StaffrWorks SaaS" is not flagged as fraud.
