Login Issues
If you are unable to access your account, check the following:
Common Problems
"Invalid Credentials"
- Ensure you are using the email address invited by your administrator.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to receive a reset link.
"Account Locked"
- After 5 failed attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes.
- Contact your manager to manually unlock your account or wait for the timer to expire.
"Organization Not Found"
- Ensure you are logging in at the correct URL (e.g.,
app.staffrworks.com).
