Step by step
- Open Billing or the Subscription settings tab to review the current plan.
- Compare monthly base rates on Pricing: BasicShift $0, ShiftControl $19, ShiftSync $39 and ShiftCommand $59.
- Review the chosen monthly or annual interval, included users and locations, and Power-Ups: SMS Alerts, one-time AI Credit Blocks, Priority Support and 7-Year Audit Trail. AI Credit Blocks offer 250 credits for $10, 1,000 for $29, or 3,000 for $69; purchased credits roll over.
- Check the selected offering’s availability, additional users/locations, final total and billing terms at checkout before confirming.
