Use Operations whiteboards and Copilot
Organize notes and ask questions about your authorized stores.
Step by step
- Open Operations Center and select a whiteboard or choose New Board.
- Add your own notes or choose Add starter notes, then organize the board.
- In Operations Copilot, enter a question about attendance, overtime or review queues and choose Ask.
- Owners and administrators can choose Generate weekly executive briefing; review suggested follow-up in the relevant scheduling, attendance or payroll workflow.
Troubleshooting
Does Copilot automatically change schedules or payroll?
Its operations analysis does not apply those changes. Review and confirm changes in their own workflow. Requests use the company’s AI access and quota.
