- Open Messages and choose Smart Groups or the people filters.
- Use unread or search to reach an existing conversation.
- Expand the team sections when you need additional colleagues.
- Use attendance status labels as shown; a chat presence indicator is a different signal.
Troubleshooting
Does an online chat indicator mean someone is clocked in?
No. Online presence and recorded attendance are separate. Use the explicit on-duty or on-break label when checking attendance status.
