Read Merit Analysis and gross pay previews
Use recorded hours and displayed pay assumptions when reviewing labor.
Step by step
- Open the relevant Timesheets analysis tab.
- Choose a consistent employee, store and date range.
- Review the recorded-hours basis and any pay-rate assumptions displayed.
- Use Payroll for final run review rather than treating a preview as a pay statement.
Troubleshooting
Is the gross preview take-home pay?
No. Gross previews do not represent final net pay after taxes and deductions. Finalized payroll and pay statements provide the completed payroll result.
