Recognize a colleague and review birthdays or work anniversaries.
Step by step
- Open Culture and choose the recognition or shout-out action.
- Select the colleague and add a specific message.
- Review the audience and submit.
- Visit Culture for celebrations when the Home celebration section is empty.
Troubleshooting
Why is the celebration section missing from Home?
Home hides the section when there are no active celebrations. You can still open Culture to write a shout-out.
